YLI Holdings disposes of industrial land for RM29mil


PETALING JAYA: YLI Holdings Bhd is disposing of two plots of industrial land totalling 25,543 sq m in Prai, Pulau Pinang to Trilight Optics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for RM28.5mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, YLI Holdings noted that the land also has a 33 kilovolts electrical system and substation erected on it.

“The disposal will provide YLI Group cash inflow for working capital and cost of bank borrowings.

“It will improve the financial performance of YLI Group.

“The proceeds from the disposal will provide the group cash inflow for working capital and bring down the cost of its bank borrowings.”
