PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted an RM86mil construction contract for a new 132 kilovolt (kV)/ 33 kV substation project in Selangor.
The contract shall commence on the date of its acceptance, and is expected to be completed on Oct 31, 2027. HE Group said the contract value is subject to any variations, additions and/or omissions to be made only in accordance with the express terms of the letter of award (LoA).
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the LoA is expected to contribute positively towards its future earnings for the duration of the contract and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of HE Group.
“There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the LoA during the project’s duration,” the group said.
