Infomina bags US$10.75mil software renewal contract from Bangkok Bank


KUALA LUMPUR: Infomina Bhd’s 99.99%-owned subsidiary, Infomina (Thailand) Co Ltd, has secured a US$10.75mil software subscription renewal contract from Bangkok Bank Public Company Ltd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Infomina said its Thai unit received the signed software subscription renewal sales quotation from Bangkok Bank on May 8, confirming the bank’s acceptance of the proposal.

Infomina said the renewal is for the provision of technology application and infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services to Bangkok Bank, for a period of three years commencing from March 31, 2026 to March 30, 2029.

Under the contract, Infomina Thailand will assist Bangkok Bank in renewing licence subscriptions, provide training to the bank’s personnel and supply fixes required for installation and operations, including operations and maintenance manuals.

The services also include software environment assessment and monitoring, online and offline support, periodic maintenance, ad-hoc technical and repair services, as well as consumption and utilisation monitoring and reporting services.

Infomina said the contract value will be invoiced progressively over the contract period and is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings.
