KUALA LUMPUR: Here is a recap of the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

Eco World Development Group Bhd is disposing 49.6 acres of industrial land in Johor to a hyperscale data centre operator for RM280.8mn, reinforcing its positioning in high-tech and digital park developments.

Managepay Systems Bhd secured a contract to develop and implement an open payment system for the East Coast Rail Link, covering end-to-end deployment including integration and maintenance.

Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd secured a RM32.8mn EPCC contract to build a secondary school in Sabah, with completion targeted by November 2027.

Petra Energy Bhd secured a two-year contract from Vestigo Petroleum to provide field operations management services for offshore facilities in Sarawak under the SK407 PSC.

Mesiniaga Bhd secured a RM51.6mn, 60-month contract from Maybank Shared Services Sdn Bhd for cloud infrastructure and software services.

Chuan Huat Resources Bhd is disposing its 63.9% stake in Pineapple Resources Bhd for RM26mn, resulting in an estimated RM18mn gain and triggering a mandatory general offer at 84 sen per share by the buyers.

Padini Holdings Bhd said several of its bank accounts and those of certain subsidiaries have been frozen by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission as part of an ongoing investigation.

KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust, via Midciti Sukuk Bhd, upsized its sukuk programme to RM4bn and raised RM500mn at 3.86% (10-year tenure) to refinance maturing sukuk obligations.

Eden Inc Berhad, via its subsidiary, has achieved financial close for its 29.99MW solar plant in Gebeng after securing up to RM116mn financing from Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad.

Unisem (M) Bhd reported a 1QFY26 net loss of RM13.4mn as higher production costs compressed margins despite a 9.7% increase in revenue.

CTOS Digital Bhd reported 1QFY26 net profit of RM18.5mn (+28.2% YoY), driven by stronger associate contributions, higher revenue and lower finance costs.

Chin Teck Plantations Bhd reported 2QFY26 net profit of RM3.7mn (-79.1% YoY) as higher losses from associates/JVs and elevated expenses outweighed a 13.4% increase in revenue.

Sarawak Oil Palms Bhd reported 1QFY26 net profit of RM64.3mn (-43.5% YoY) on relatively flat revenue of RM1.4bn, impacted by cyclical production and commodity price volatility.

Eupe Corporation Bhd reported 4QFY26 net profit of RM4.2mn (-65.9% YoY) on a 32.2% decline in revenue, mainly due to the absence of contributions from completed projects and lower construction-related income.

Manforce Group Bhd’s IPO for its ACE Market transfer was well received, with the public portion oversubscribed by 3.47 times at an offer price of 38 sen per share.

Inspace Creation Berhad’s IPO was strongly received, with its public portion oversubscribed by 70.3 times ahead of its ACE Market listing.
