KUALA LUMPUR: Malayan Banking Bhd
(Maybank) has announced it will officially relocate its head office from Menara Maybank in Jalan Tun Perak to Menara Merdeka 118 Kuala Lumpur on May 6, 2026.
However, the KL Main Branch will remains fully operational at Menara Maybank.
"There will be no impact on customers who have accounts in this branch until further notice,: said the bank in a statement.
Maybank's new head office address will be Level 70, Menara Merdeka 118, Presint Merdeka 118, 50118 Kuala Lumpur.
It will comprise 33 floors, housing 7,000 employees, which will be accessible by a dedicated entrance for the convenience of employees, customers and visitors.
Also relocating to the new head office are certain Maybank subsidiaries including Maybank Islamic Bhd and Maybank Investment Bank Bhd. The move will be on a staggered basis.
