Axteria board reshuffle, leaders exit


PETALING JAYA: Axteria Group Bhd has announced that its chairman Mok Juan Chek and deputy chairman Datuk Abdullah Abdul Mannan have resigned.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property development and construction firm said both Mok, 69, and Abdullah, 38, were stepping down due to personal commitments.

The company said it had appointed Oh Bang Han, 40, and Ku Chong Hong, 37, as executive directors.

“Oh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in banking, insurance, and financial services.

“As managing director of Optimum Credit Sdn Bhd, he leads the company’s strategic direction, oversees lending operations, and drives sustainable growth in line with organisational goals.”

Meanwhile, Axteria said Ku currently serves as managing director and chief executive officer of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd and executive director and chief financial officer of Globetronics Technology Bhd.
