IOI Properties Group Bhd said it will acquire CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust's 100.0% interest in Asia Square Tower 2, located in the heart of Singapore's Marina Bay financial district, for S$2.5bn (RM7.7bn).

Genting Bhd's indirect wholly-owned unit, GOHL Capital Limited, has launched a conditional tender offer to repurchase its outstanding US$1.5bn of its 4.3% guaranteed notes due 2027 as part of a refinancing exercise.

Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd has completed its acquisition of an 80.0% stake in Bukit Jalil Sentral Property Sdn Bhd for RM1.5bn.

Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd, is selling naphtha to PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia for US$25.3mn.

ES Sunlogy Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM107.5mn sub-contract from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd.

NTPM Holdings Bhd is exiting Vietnam in a related-party deal to dispose of its Vietnamese unit, NTPM (Vietnam) Co Ltd, for US$32.0mn cash to Arch Peninsula Sdn Bhd, ending over a decade of loss-making operations in the country.

Mudajaya Group Bhd has secured a favourable ruling from the Court of Appeal in its fund misappropriation case against former employee Michael Chua Khian Keng, with compensation increased to RM72.2mn from the earlier High Court award of RM43.5mn.

Varia Bhd said its wholly owned unit Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd has secured a RM293.3mn sub-contract, which involves sewerage infrastructure works in Pasir Gudang, Johor, from RSM Builders Sdn Bhd.

Destini Bhd said its unit Trovon Malaysia Sdn Bhd has secured a RM4.4mn contract from CRRC Rolling Stock Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

A1 A.K. Koh Group Bhd plans to acquire a 1.0-acre leasehold land in Puchong, Selangor for RM16.7mn cash via its wholly owned unit.

Dagang Nexchange Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd has secured site facilitation, logistics and telecommunications infrastructure service contracts to continue supporting Saudi Arabia's Makkah Route initiative for this year's hajj season.

Tanco Holdings Bhd said media reports and market commentary on the company, its soaring market capitalisation and its proposed development of a smart AI container port in Port Dickson called Midport may have contributed to the recent surge in its share price.
