TSH Resources Bhd said it has entered into a related-party transaction to acquire Konsep Majureka Sdn Bhd for RM35.0mn to expand its plantation footprint in Indonesia.

DXN Holdings Bhd said its wholly owned unit, DXN Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, has entered into a 60-year lease for a 26.6-acre industrial land parcel in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, to expand production capacity.

Heitech Padu Bhd said it has reached an amicable settlement of RM7.0mn with the Social Security Organisation to resolve a contract dispute, with payment to be made in 28 instalments starting May 28.

ISF Group Bhd said its subsidiary, Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd, has secured four subcontracts with a combined value of RM22.5mn for cold water and sanitary plumbing works, including projects involving service apartments, a private hospital and a data centre.

Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd said it has secured a RM54.0mn contract from NEXTDC Sdn Bhd for early works on the KL1 Stage 4 data centre project in Kuala Lumpur, with completion targeted by Oct 2026.

Ocean Vantage Holdings Bhd said it has obtained a High Court order to enforce an adjudication award of RM5.4mn against Petrofac Engineering Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, relating to a civil works subcontract in Bintulu, Sarawak.

Sasbadi Holdings Bhd said it has secured five contracts from the Ministry of Education with a combined value of RM17.3mn to supply textbook packages nationwide under the 2027 school curriculum.

SMTrack Bhd said it has triggered GN3 status due to cumulative losses of RM46.8mn exceeding shareholders’ equity of RM45.7mn.

Euro Holdings Bhd said it has received notice from Messrs. Kreston John & Gan on Apr 13, 2026, regarding their resignation as the company’s auditors with immediate effect.

Systech Bhd said its executive director and second-largest shareholder Dr Low Min Yew has disposed of 33.3mn shares, representing a 4.7% stake, for RM3.0mn via direct business transactions.

Poh Kong Holdings Bhd said it has appointed Poh Ying Loo as an independent and non-executive director, effective Apr 13, 2026.

Shangri-La Hotels (M) Bhd said it has appointed Lin Diaan Yi as managing director, effective immediately, succeeding Christopher Phong Siew San whose departure has been brought forward from May 31.

Inspace Creation Bhd has launched its prospectus for an IPO ahead of its ACE Market listing on May 8. The exercise will raise RM17.1mn via the issuance of 68.5mn new shares at 25.0 sen each, alongside an offer for sale of 29.3mn existing shares.

SkyeChip Bhd said it has entered into a retail underwriting agreement with Maybank Investment Bank Bhd and CIMB Investment Bank Bhd for its proposed Main Market listing.

Golden Destinations Group Bhd reported a net profit of RM8.1mn on revenue of RM127.2mn for 1QFY26, marking its first interim results ahead of its ACE Market listing.
