LSH Capital wins Kuantan road contract


PETALING JAYA: Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (LSH Capital) has entered into a strategic collaboration and secured a provisional subcontract for a road upgrading project in Kuantan, Pahang, marking a step in its ongoing construction activities.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, LSH Best Builders Sdn Bhd, signed a collaboration agreement with Knusford Construction Sdn Bhd for works under the Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan FR03.

The project involves upgrading a stretch from the Jabor–Jerangau junction to the Sungai Ular junction, including an interchange linking to Kuantan Port.

LSH Best Builders will provide construction-related solutions under its Best Collaboration Framework and may participate in tenders for various work packages.

It will also receive a fee equivalent to 0.8% of the value of the remaining project works.
