Topmix to dispose of land in JohorTopmix to dispose of land in Johor

PETALING JAYA: Topmix Bhd is proposing to dispose of a piece of freehold industrial land measuring 0.0993ha in Senai, Johor, to PMI Packaging Sdn Bhd for RM1.85mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the surface decorative products company said the land consisted of a 1½-storey semi-detached factory.

“The property had historically been utilised as an investment property and leased to a third-party tenant for warehouse purposes.

“Following the tenant’s cessation of occupation in September 2025, the board has assessed the opportunity to unlock the value of the property and monetise its investment at an appropriate time.

“The proposed disposal is expected to enable Topmix to realise the value of its non-core assets, generate surplus cash flow and improve the overall capital efficiency,” it said.
