KUALA LUMPUR: AWC Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Qudotech Sdn Bhd has accepted an RM22.18mil contract from a joint venture contractor for plumbing, silo tank and internal sanitary works in relation to a data centre project.

It said in a stock exchange filing the identity of the customer is not disclosed due to confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations. It added, however, the joint venture is a collaboration between two companies incorporated in Malaysia, principally engaged in civil engineering, construction and project management.

The contract will commence from Jan 9, 2026 and be completed on Dec 27, 2026.

AWC added that the contract is in line with the group's strategy to expand its presence in high-tech and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
