FBG wins RM15.5mil construction job from S P Setia


PETALING JAYA: FBG Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of award issued by NR Architect on behalf of Alpine Affluent Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of S P Setia Bhd, for a construction job worth RM15.52mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction company said the contract will involve the completion of three units of four storey semi-detached and detached factory (Alpine 2) at Jalan Penyajak U1/45A, Temasya Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor.

“The contract period is 12 months commencing on March 16, 2026 and shall be completed on March 15, 2027.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2027.”

FBG said the contract will have no material effect on its share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the company.

“The board of directors of FBG is of the opinion that the contract is in the best interest of the group.”
