West River wins RM11.28mil Pavilion Bukit Jalil contract

PETALING JAYA: West River Bhd has accepted a letter of award from BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of electrical services works for the Park Green development at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM11.28mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electrical engineering and intelligent building solutions provider said the sub-contract encompasses the alternative design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical services for two 47-storey serviced apartment blocks comprising 453 units.

Scheduled for completion by July 31, 2028, the contract is awarded on a lump sum firm price basis derived from agreed unit rates, which are fixed and not subject to cost fluctuations throughout the contract period.

“The scope of works forms part of the main contract awarded to BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd by Regal Path Sdn Bhd, with West River Engineering responsible for delivering comprehensive electrical systems and related ancillary works.

“The award is expected to enhance the group’s outstanding order book and provide stronger earnings visibility over the coming financial years,” said the company.
