KUALA LUMPUR: Sunview Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Malakoff Evergreen Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of a solar photovoltaic power plant at Sungai Likau in Bintulu, Sarawak, valued at fixed contract sum of RM289.71mil.
Malakoff Evergreen is a 70%-owned subsidiary of Tuah Utama Sdn Bhd, which is in turn wholly-owned by Malakoff Corp Bhd
.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the project is expected to contribute positively towards
the future earnings of Sunview and its subsidiaries for the duration of the project.
