Sunview unit bags RM289.71mil contract for solar PV plant in Bintulu


KUALA LUMPUR: Sunview Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Malakoff Evergreen Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of a solar photovoltaic power plant at Sungai Likau in Bintulu, Sarawak, valued at fixed contract sum of RM289.71mil.

Malakoff Evergreen is a 70%-owned subsidiary of Tuah Utama Sdn Bhd, which is in turn wholly-owned by Malakoff Corp Bhd.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the project is expected to contribute positively towards

the future earnings of Sunview and its subsidiaries for the duration of the project.
