PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd has accepted the work order by Exsim Waterfront Sdn Bhd for the demolition and renovation for The Light (Phase 3) show unit at MBF Tower, Penang, worth RM1.74mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said the contract works are regarded as recurrent related party transactions, and is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the contract works.
The date of commencement shall be on July 1, 2026 and are scheduled to be completed on Sept 30, 2026 (show unit type A1 & B1) and Oct 31, 2026 (show unit type C1).
Separately, the company said Exsim Concepto had accepted a work order by Exsim Aseania Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of show units & sales gallery interior design work for proposed mixed development (Retails & AirBnB) at Bandar Padang Mat Sirat, Daerah Langkawi, Kedah, worth RM2.49mil.
The date of commencement shall be on Sept 7, 2026 and is scheduled for completion on Feb 28, 2027, with a duration of five months.
