KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Future Rock Sdn Bhd (FRSB) has been awarded a RM502.3mil contract by Tanjung Development Sdn Bhd (TPD).

In a statement, the construction outfit said the contract involves the execution and completion of reclamation and dredging works for Phase 2B and Phase 2C of the Seri Tanjung Pinang development.

The reclamation works are scheduled to commence on March 11, 2026 and are expected to be completed within 36 months.

TPD is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Bhd, in which certain directors and major shareholders of the group have direct and indirect interests.

“This contract brings us closer to our targeted order book replenishment for FY26 and increases our total outstanding order book to RM4.4bil.

“Supported by a strong and visible pipeline, we remain well positioned to leverage our proven construction capabilities to deliver quality execution and sustain momentum into the financial year,” Kerjaya chief executive officer and executive director Tee Eng Tiong said.

The latest contract lifts Kerjaya’s FY26 new contract wins to RM703.5mil and is expected to support earnings visibility over the next four years.
