KUALA LUMPUR: Yap Chun Theng, executive director of NCT Alliance Bhd, has been named one of The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs (100 MIYE), in recognition of his leadership and innovation in driving the group’s development strategy.

In a statement, NCT said the accolade highlights Yap’s role in steering the group’s evolution towards integrated, innovation-led developments that deliver lasting impact.

Under his guidance, flagship projects such as NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) and NCT InnoSphere (NIS) have been positioned as next-generation industrial ecosystems tailored to modern industrial and logistics players.

“Building for the future requires discipline, foresight and a commitment to creating developments that remain relevant over time”, Yap said.
