KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd will debut its Aurora double-storey terrace home series on Feb 14, 2026, marking the first launch within the new Setia Bayuemas South precinct in Klang.
In a statement, the property developer said the development forms part of the freehold 545-acre Setia Bayuemas township and carries a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM76.7mil.
The first phase, known as Phase RP10, comprises 82 units of double-storey terrace homes with lot sizes of 22’ x 75’. Built-ups range from 2,101 sq ft to 2,181 sq ft, with prices starting from RM880,000.
“Setia Bayuemas has long reflected our commitment to thoughtful planning, generous green spaces and community‑centred living in the southern Klang Corridor.
“Aurora, the first residential precinct of Setia Bayuemas South, marks a major milestone as a refined extension of this established address,” chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said.
She added that Aurora represents more than just a township expansion, describing it as the first expression of Setia Bayuemas South’s refreshed vision, featuring contemporary design, integrated green technologies and a wellbeing-focused masterplan for the next generation.
While Setia Bayuemas remains anchored in the values that built its strong community, she said Aurora introduces a more vibrant, modern and connected living environment for today’s families.
