Sunview Group Bhd plans to acquire a 50MWac solar plant in Pekan, Pahang, from PKNP Reneuco Suria Sdn Bhd for RM70mn and will also purchase 100% equity interest in JAKS Solar Nibong Tebal Sdn Bhd for RM55mn, which owns an operational 50MWac plant in Penang.

KJTS Group Bhd said its proposed acquisition of Malakoff Utilities Sdn Bhd, which was announced a year ago, has lapsed after two conditions precedent were not fulfilled.

Keyfield International Bhd has entered into a shipbuilding contract with Jiangsu Shunhong Marine Technology Co Ltd for the construction of a new DP2 AHTS vessel with a diesel-electric engine, valued at USD18mn.

Maxis Bhd has migrated its mission-critical workloads from Amazon Web Services’ Singapore region to the AWS Malaysia region, covering all of its digital workloads, including the Maxis and Hotlink applications.

Solarvest Holdings Bhd said it had secured a 2GW blanket order with solar panel suppliers at fixed prices in 2H2025, ahead of China’s removal of the 9% export tax rebate.

HI Mobility Bhd has accepted a letter of acceptance from the Public Transport Corporation of Johor for a RM78.2mn project to operate intracity bus services in Johor.

Farm Price Holdings Bhd has proposed the transfer of the listing and quotation of its entire issued share capital and warrants from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia by 1H2026.

Timberwell Bhd’s new largest shareholder, Wong Wai Foo, has triggered a conditional mandatory takeover offer at 90sen/share after acquiring an additional 7.9% stake in the group.

Berjaya Corporation Bhd has announced the redesignation of its joint chief executive officer, Nerine Tan Sheik Ping who is the daughter of founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan, to chief executive officer.

Berjaya Food Bhd reduced its net loss by two-thirds to RM12.0mn in 2QFY26, from RM35.3mn a year earlier, supported by improved profit margins arising from cost-saving initiatives, store rationalisation measures, and lower depreciation and amortisation charges.
