Kimlun bags RM618mil building jobs


PETALING JAYA: Kimlun Corp Bhd has secured three construction jobs in Johor Baru from Permas Jaya Sdn Bhd, Melia Spring Sdn Bhd and CJ Developments Sdn Bhd totalling RM617.73mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the engineering and construction services provider said the contract from Permas Jaya is worth RM176.2mil involving main building works for two blocks of serviced apartments and ancillary buildings in Johor Baru. The job will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028 (4Q28).

The job from Melia Spring, meanwhile, is worth RM271.55mil and involves main building works for two blocks of serviced apartments and ancillary buildings in Johor Baru (to be completed in 3Q28).

The contract from CJ Developments is worth RM169.98mil and involves infrastructure and building works for terrace houses in Johor Baru.
