CBH Engineering wins RM130mil data centre job


PETALING JAYA: CBH Engineering Holding Bhd has accepted two letters of award from Company A worth RM130mil for the design, installation and completion, as well as the supply of materials, for the extension of an existing 275 kilovolts consumer landing station at a data centre in southern Peninsular Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electrical engineering service provider said it is unable to disclose the identity of Company A due to the confidentiality and publicity clause in its contract. It added that no consent has been obtained for the disclosure from Company A.

“The first award comprises design, engineering, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the works, while the second award covers the supply of materials for the works,” it added.

The contract shall be implemented in three phases. Phase 1 shall commence on Dec 23, 2025, and be completed by April 30, 2026. Phases 2 and 3 shall be completed within seven months from the date of Company A’s written instruction.
