Greenyield appoints Tham Kin Shun as acting MD


PETALING JAYA: Greenyield Bhd has appointed Tham Kin Shun as its acting managing director to oversee the company’s operations with effect from Dec 23, 2025.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Greenyield said Tham’s appointment follows the lapse of Lalith Shamshir Shamsul's contract as the acting group chief executive officer effective Dec 22, 2025.

“Tham will continue to hold his executive director designation while assuming the responsibilities of acting managing director of the company,” it said.

Greenyield develops, manufactures and markets agricultural systems, products and services based on agro-technology.
