KUALA LUMPUR: PTT Synergy Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn Bhd (PTTSB) has secured a RM35.88mil contract from Sime Darby Property
(BBR Business Park) Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction of earthworks and ancillary works for Phase 1 Package 3 (i30-1, i30-2 & i30-5), Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 4, Kapar, in Klang, Selangor.
The date of pre-possession shall be Dec 18, 2025, while date for possession commences on Jan 5, 2026, and date for completion is set on Sept 4, 2027.
The letter of award (LOA) is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of PTT and its group of companies for the financial years ending June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2028.
The LOA is expected to contribute positively to PTT Group's future earnings over its duration.
