Land sales to lift Matrix Concepts’ earnings

PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is set to draw more investor interest as its latest land transaction points to steadier earnings over the medium term, analysts say.

The company’s 85%-owned unit, N9 Matrix Development Sdn Bhd, entered into separate sale and purchase agreements to dispose of two vacant agricultural parcels in MVV Techvalley in Negri Sembilan for RM24.6mil to Bidara Pesona Sdn Bhd (BPSB).
