PETALING JAYA: Tuju Setia Bhd has secured a contract worth RM420mil from Sunway Bhd to construct serviced apartments and facilities for the Sunway Cochrane development project in Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement yesterday, the construction services firm said it will construct two serviced apartment towers supported by podium facilities comprising retail floors, facilities decks, a seven-storey car park and a link bridge providing direct access to the Cochrane mass rapid transit station.

“The project is scheduled to commence on March 1, 2026 and is expected to be completed over a period of 40 months.

“The project win provides earnings visibility for the group through to 2029,” it said.

Tuju Setia managing director Wee Eng Kong said the latest win bodes well to the replenishment of the company’s order book, as it has successfully completed six projects in the year 2024 and 2025.
