KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch on Thursday include Vantris Energy Bhd, Scanwolf Corp Bhd, Widad Group Bhd, Hextar Technologies Solutions Bhd (HexTech), Beshom Holdings Bhd, Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) and LAC Med Bhd.

Vantris Energy will exit PN17 status effective June 18 after completing its financial restructuring and posting two consecutive profitable quarters, marking a key milestone in its turnaround since being classified in 2022.

HexTech and Widad Group have mutually terminated a RM31.3mil deal for 10.4 acres of industrial land in Nilai Inland Port, ending nearly two years of negotiations.

The transaction, which was to be paid via Widad shares, would have given HexTech a 24.15% stake in Widad and an estimated RM25.97mil disposal gain.

Beshom is selling 14.58 acres of industrial land in Klang to JT Development for RM85.8mil, unlocking an estimated RM52.8mil gain and raising funds for expansion, property upgrades and working capital.

Scanwolf has secured a RM75mil contract from Hallson Construction Sdn Bhd for piling and substructure works on a serviced apartment project in Kuala Lumpur.

MRCB is diversifying into digital infrastructure through a RM2.1bil collaboration to develop a 65MW AI-ready data centre in Bukit Jalil. The project will be leased to the operator under a 10-year agreement, providing recurring income while enhancing the value of MRCB's land bank.

LAC Med has secured a RM78.9mil contract to supply reagents and related items for chemistry tests to 10 public hospitals in Kedah, with the four-year project running until June 2030.
