Ta Ann records strong third-quarter results


Ta Ann saw 3Q25 net profit holding stable at RM74.9mil.

PETALING JAYA: Favourable weather in the second half of the year has strengthened the timber operations for Ta Ann Holdings Bhd, improving production across both upstream and downstream activities.

Releasing its results for the third quarter (3Q25) and nine months (9M25) ended September yesterday, Ta Ann saw 3Q25 net profit holding stable at RM74.9mil, as revenue trudged up 7.4% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM502.2mil.

For 9M25, net profit inched up 2.7% y-o-y to RM170.9mil, as turnover also climbed 13.1% to RM1.34bil. Ta Ann attributed the stronger revenue for 3Q25 and 9M25 primarily to an increase in the average selling prices of crude palm oil and fresh fruit bunches.

It declared a dividend of 10 sen per share, bringing total dividends declared this financial year ending December to 30 sen per share.
