Crest Builder unit bags RM300mil job

KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s (CBHB) wholly owned subsidiary, Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has secured a RM299.39 million letter of award (LoA) from Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd for the construction of an office tower with podium and retail spaces at Desa Parkcity.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract period is 36 months, from July 18, 2026 until July 17, 2029.

“The contract will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of Crest Builder and on the substantial shareholder’s shareholdings of Crest Builder,” it said.

Meanwhile, in a separate statement, CBHB said the LoA brings the group’s total outstanding order book to approximately RM1.7bil, providing earnings visibility over the next four years while reinforcing confidence in the group’s pipeline going forward.

CBHB group managing director Eric Yong said the contract marked the fourth contract secured from the ParkCity Group.

“Supported by a solid order book and resilient project pipeline, we remain committed to delivering sustainable growth and upholding the highest standard of quality,” he said. — Bernama
