KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has secured a RM299.39mil contract from Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd for the construction of an office tower with a podium and retail spaces at Desa Parkcity in Kuala Lumpur.
In a stock exchange filing, the group said the contract is for a period of 36 months from July 18, 2026, to July 17, 2029.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026, and onwards.
