DynaFront secures IT service contract from Tokio Marine Life Indonesia

KUALA LUMPUR: Dynafront Holdings Bhd (DHB) has secured an information technology (IT) service procurement contract from PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia (TM Life).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, DHB said its wholly owned subsidiary, DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd (DSSB), has accepted the contract to provide a range of specialised enterprise solutions aimed at managing the entire lifecycle of insurance agents and improving the operational efficiency of TM Life’s sales force.

DHB said these solutions support recruitment, performance monitoring, and compensation management, while ensuring compliance and providing analytics for strategic decisions.

This proprietary software will be provided as software-as-a-service, along with the relevant support network.

The contract will run for a multi-year term, aligned with an agreement executed between TM Life and AGAPro Asia Pte Ltd on July 25, 2025.

“The contract value cannot be ascertained as of now because it is dependent on the performance of the services,” DHB said.
