Sasbadi unit wins MoE digital storybook job


PETALING JAYA: Sasbadi Sdn Bhd (SSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sasbadi Holdings Bhd has been awarded a RM432,000 contract by the Education Ministry (MoE) to provide supply and delivery services of interactive digital storybooks for preschools.

The project is under the Educational Resources and Technology Division of MoE, and will run for a duration of 18 months, from Nov 3, 2025 to May 2, 2027.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Sasbadi said it is expecting the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending August 31, 2026.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract.

“The company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur,” it added.
