Ho Hup faces trading suspension risk over annual report delay

KUALA LUMPUR: Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd is facing the risk of a trading suspension after failing to submit its annual report for the financial year ended June 30, 2025, within the stipulated timeframe to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

Bursa added that if the company fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within six months from the expiry of the deadline, de-listing procedures will be initiated against the company in accordance with Paragraph 9.28(6) of the LR.
