Bina Darulaman appoints Che Abdul Khalid as group CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Darulaman Bhd has appointed Che Abdul Khalid Md Din as its group chief executive officer, effective Nov 1, 2025.

Che Abdul Khalid, 58, holds a degree in civil engineering from Middlesex Polytechnic (currently known as Middlesex University) in London. He brings over 30 years of experience in the property development and construction sectors.

He most recently served as chief operating officer of Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd (KTPC) from November 2021 to October 2025.

At KTPC, he was responsible for planning and implementing the company’s strategic goals and managing its sales and strategic planning, land development, and property management divisions.

Prior to that, he was general manager of KTPC from April 2019 to November 2021 and has been executive director of KTPC Resort Development Bhd since 2020.

He is also currently a director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd, a role he assumed in August 2023.
