KUALA LUMPUR: AEON Bank (M) Bhd, Malaysia’s first Islamic digital bank, has partnered with ikhlas.com to launch the MyIKHLAS Umrah Savings Pot, a Shariah-compliant savings feature that helps customers save for Umrah, qurban, and Muslim-friendly travel.
AEON Bank CEO Raja Datin Paduka Teh Maimunah Raja Abdul Aziz said the partnership with ikhlas.com to create the AEON Bank x MyIKHLAS Umrah Savings Pot reflects the bank’s commitment to helping Malaysians save with purpose through convenient digital banking.
“We are democratising banking and building a digital-first financial ecosystem rooted in Shariah principles, inclusion and sustainability.
“Through value-added features like the Savings Pot and Neko Sensei in the AEON Bank’s app, we aim to inspire more Malaysians to take charge of their financial well-being, from managing their daily finances to realising their aspirations and long-term goals,” she said in a statement.
The MyIKHLAS Umrah Savings Pot will be available to AEON Bank customers starting Oct 17, 2025. The collaboration enables customers to plan financial and spiritual goals by combining AEON Bank’s digital platform with ikhlas.com’s Muslim-friendly services.
Meanwhile, ikhlas.com chief executive officer Ikhlas Kamarudin said the partnership with AEON Bank aims to help Malaysians plan and save for their spiritual goals easily and with purpose through a dedicated Umrah savings feature.

Customers who activate their MyIKHLAS Umrah Savings Pot between Oct 17, 2025 and Sept 16, 2026 will be eligible for exclusive rewards.
AEON Bank said winners will be selected in phases based on their chosen savings plan, with rewards such as Umrah package discount vouchers, special merchandise, AEON Points, and other exclusive benefits.
