PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd
has appointed Tay Yuh Her, 52, in the role of chief executive officer (CEO) for the company’s central region.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said its board of directors had on Sept 30 approved the appointment of Tay as the co-CEO (central region) to take retrospective effect from Sept 1, 2025.
Tay holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University of Wales, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
He is also a Professional Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM).
