PETALING JAYA: A-Rank Bhd
is maintaining a cautiously optimistic outlook for its performance in the forthcoming quarter.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the aluminium billets manufacturer and property developer said it remains focused on operational resilience and cost management strategies to address external risks.
For its fourth quarter ended July 31, 2025, A-Rank’s net profit slipped to RM3.31mil from RM4.74mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue dropped to RM153.27mil from RM191.59mil a year earlier due to lower business volume.
For its financial year ended July 31, 2025, net profit dropped to RM11.93mil from RM15.35mil previously, while revenue fell to RM580.16mil from RM713.92mil before.
The company has proposed a first and final single-tier dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share. It said the entitlement and payment dates for the proposed dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
