TH Plantations terminates CEO over misconduct

KUALA LUMPUR: TH Plantations Bhd has removed its chief executive officer, Mohamed Zainurin Mohamed Zain, 58, from his position effective Aug 26, 2025, citing misconduct.

“A letter of termination has been duly issued to him today,” the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

On July 18, Mohamed Zainurin had been placed on garden leave after receiving a show-cause letter over alleged unauthorised payments of RM5.1mil to plantation workers.
