PETALING JAYA: Amtel Holdings Bhd
has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amtel Cellular Sdn Bhd (AMCSB), will be venturing into the manufacturing and assembly of motor vehicles for both the local and export markets.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Amtel said AMCSB is involved in the research and development of hardware, software applications and related services; as well as manufacturing, assembling, installation and sale of telematics and navigation products, electronics, automotive and telecommunications-related products and related services.
