Glomac 4Q earnings dip to RM2mil

Glomac said its revenue for the period was higher at RM74.94mil compared with RM62.36mil in 4Q24.

PETALING JAYA: Glomac Bhd’s net profit suffered a steep fall to RM2.14mil for the fourth quarter ended April 30, 2025 (4Q25) compared with the RM15.23mil earnings recorded in the same quarter last year.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Glomac said its revenue for the period was however higher at RM74.94mil compared with RM62.36mil in 4Q24.

It noted the improved revenue was due to the commencement of revenue recognition from new ongoing projects while the previous corresponding quarter had recognised a fair value gain on an investment property worth RM16.48mil.

Moving forward, Glomac is cautious and vigilant over construction costs and market sentiment. It declared a single-tier final dividend of 1.25 sen per share in its financial year 2025.
