Irelia emerges as substantial shareholder in Parkson with 6.81% stake


PETALING JAYA: Irelia Management Sdn Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Parkson Holdings Bhd with a 6.81% stake or 78.3 million shares in the department store operator.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Parkson stated Irelia acquired the shares from the open market. Parkson's latest annual report stated Irelia as a shareholder, holding 30.6 million shares or a 2.67% stake as at the end of March 2025.

Parkson shares closed the trading day priced at 25.5 sen each.
