PETALING JAYA: MN Holdings Bhd
has secured a RM39.59mil contract from an information technology services provider (Company A) to design, supply, install, test and commission an electrical supply system for a cable landing station of a data centre in Southern Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the infrastructure utilities and construction services provider said it could not disclose the identity of Company A due to a non-disclosure agreement that prohibits revealing customer information without prior written consent.
The project commenced on April 15, 2025, with long lead equipment delivery scheduled for Sept 30, 2025. The “power turn-on” is expected by Dec 30, 2025.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to future earnings and net assets per share upon project commencement.
