PETALING JAYA: Deleum Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia B.V. for the provision of solar gas turbine generators maintenance services and materials supply for the North Malay Basin.
Deleum did not specify the value of the contract.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the oil and gas company said the scope of work under the contract shall include service parts, field service call-out, exchange engine, equipment health management and other maintenance services for solar gas turbines (upon request and reimbursable at cost).
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings, and net assets of Deleum and its group of companies for the duration of the contract.
“The contract will not have any impact on the share capital and/or shareholding structure of Deleum. The contract is expected to be funded via internally generated funds,” the company said.
