TCS bags RM216.9mil construction contract in Subang Jaya


KUALA LUMPUR: TCS Group Holdings Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary TCS Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a RM216.9mil contract from Bandar Raya Developments Bhd's unit, Impiana Impresif Sdn Bhd, for the proposed construction of two blocks of 48-storey commercial services apartments known as Federal Avenue in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

"The contract will boost our order book and give us healthy earnings visibility for the coming financial years.

"Our priority remains on quality execution and

timely delivery of our ongoing projects. At the same time, we continue to be optimistic about the market outlook for the local construction industry, as we continue to see emerging opportunities across both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia,” said TCS managing director Datuk Tee Chai Seng in a statement.

The contract is for a duration of 35 months.
