has announced that Tan Sri Tan Kean Soon has tendered his resignation as executive deputy chairman from the group with immediate effect, citing personal reasons.
“The board of directors has formally accepted his resignation,” the energy solutions provider said in a statement.
T7 also announced that Tan Sri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani N.Hassan Thani, the group's executive chairman and largest shareholder, will continue to lead the company moving forward.
“The board and the management team have effectively overseen the group’s operations, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption and continued focus on delivering value to stakeholders,” it said.
“As a group, we remain confident in the strength of our business fundamentals and the clarity of our long-term strategy.
“We are committed to upholding the disciplined approach that has served us well, while focusing on delivering continued growth and value for our stakeholders,” Nik Norzrul Thani said.
