HHRG’s shareholder calls for EGM


KUALA LUMPUR: HHRG Bhd’s shareholder, Digital Trustees Bhd, has requested an EGM to remove five of the company’s directors from the board and appoint three new members.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HHRG said a written requisition was received on March 14, 2024, from Digital Trustees, who holds more than a 10% share, calling for an EGM and the removal of Datuk Paduka Ammar Shaikh Mahmood Naim, Guok Ngek Seong, Abdul Rahman Din, Chan Hon Woo and Ju Siew Lee.
