TNB board approves two-year extension for Abdul Razak as chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s (TNB) board of directors has approved the two-year extension of Tan Sri Abdul Razak Abdul Majid's tenure as non-independent non-executive chairman.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, TNB said the extension will take effect from March 27, 2025, until March 26, 2027.

Abdul Razak has had a distinguished career at TNB, contributing to planning, construction and operations across the company's three core divisions in TNB, namely generation, transmission and distribution.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, United States. - Bernama
