Silver Ridge unit bags RM4.36mil subcontract in Sri Damansara


KUALA LUMPUR: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd (IDC), has accepted a RM4.36mil subcontract for painting works at a high-rise development in Bandar Sri Damansara.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said IDC received the letter of acceptance from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd, the project’s main contractor.

The subcontract covers painting works for a 56-storey commercial development under Phase 1B at Persiaran Perdana, Sungai Buloh, Petaling.

The development comprises two 55-storey serviced apartment blocks with a total of 1,268 units, along with facilities floors, rooftop gardens and a multi-level podium car park.

Silver Ridge said the subcontract will run for 26 months and is expected to be completed by May 6, 2028.

The group expects the subcontract to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2026, and beyond.
