MRCB unit inks MoA with Ipoh Sentral for development of transport hub


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Country Annexe Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement with Ipoh Sentral Sdn Bhd for the undertaking of the estimated RM6.25bil development of Ipoh Sentral in Bandar Ipoh in Kinta, Perak.

It said in a bourse filing that the proposed joint venture development will not only be a modern transportation hub connecting various modes of transport but will also upgrade the quality of life of the people through the integrated development.
