HeiTech Padu appoints Hasrul Azuan as CEO


PETALING JAYA: Heitech Padu Bhd has appointed Hasrul Azuan Mohd Yusof, 45, as its chief executive officer.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the systems integration and network related services provided said Hasrul Azuan will succeed Salmi Nadia Mohd Hilmey, 42, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities and interests.

Salmi Nadia is the daughter of Datuk Seri Mohd Hilmey Mohd Taib, the executive deputy chairman of the company.

Heitech Padu said Hasrul Azuan has over 20 years of working experience in the area of business management and possesses a broad range of business acumen.

“Prior to joining the company, he was the executive vice president and head of business development of Malayan Banking Bhd.

“During his tenure, he navigated the department through complex challenges and implemented strategic changes which has resulted in numerous awards and recognised achievements, positioning the team as a key driver of the organisation's continued success.
