KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunway Melawati Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Viva Impian Sdn Bhd (VISB) to acquire a parcel of land for RM320 million in Cheras, here.
In a statement today, the group announced that the proposed acquisition involves a prime 7.11-hectare freehold parcel in Taman Taynton, strategically situated adjacent to the Sunway Alishan residential development.
